At Local Solar Leads, we specialize in generating high-quality leads for solar companies through targeted digital marketing strategies. Our goal is to deliver measurable results that drive your business growth. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our commitment to you, the scope of our services, and the terms under which we deliver leads.
1. Service Overview
We provide lead generation services for solar companies, utilizing Facebook Ads, content marketing, and landing page optimization. Our primary deliverable is qualified leads—potential customers who have expressed interest in solar products or services.
2. Lead Definition
A "qualified lead" is defined as an individual or entity who:
- Provides valid contact information (e.g., name, phone number, email address).
- Resides within the agreed-upon geographic target area (if specified).
- Expresses interest in solar installation, consultation, or related services through a form submission, phone call, or other trackable action.
- Meets any additional criteria outlined in your custom campaign agreement (e.g., homeownership status, income level, etc.).
3. Lead Delivery
- **Quantity**: We will deliver the number of leads agreed upon in your service contract (e.g., a minimum of X leads per month). If no specific quantity is agreed upon, we will aim to maximize lead volume within the campaign budget.
- **Method**: Leads will be delivered in real-time.
- A secure CRM integration.
- Email notifications.
- A shared spreadsheet or dashboard, as agreed.
- **Timing**: Leads are generated and delivered during the active campaign period, typically beginning within 5-7 business days of campaign launch, allowing time for setup and optimization.
4. Lead Quality Assurance
- **Validation**: We verify lead contact information for accuracy (e.g., no duplicate or fake entries) to the best of our ability using industry-standard tools.
- **Relevance**: Leads will align with the targeting parameters outlined in your campaign agreement (e.g., location, interest in solar).
- **Replacement Policy**: If a lead is deemed invalid (e.g., disconnected phone number, fake email, or outside target criteria) within 7 days of delivery, notify us in writing with details. We will replace it with a new lead at no additional cost, provided the issue is not due to client mishandling or delay in follow-up.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure optimal results, we ask that you:
- Provide clear campaign goals, target audience details, and any specific lead criteria upfront.
- Respond to leads promptly (ideally within 24 hours) to maximize conversion potential.
- Notify us of any issues with lead quality within 7 days of delivery for replacement eligibility.
- Supply any necessary branding materials, offers, or input required for campaign assets (e.g., logos, discounts).
6. Campaign Performance & Reporting
- **Tracking**: We provide access to performance metrics (e.g., lead count, cost-per-lead, click-through rates) via a client dashboard or regular reports (weekly/monthly, as agreed).
- **Optimization**: We continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve lead quality and volume, though results may vary based on market conditions, budget, and audience response.
7. Limitations
- **No Conversion Guarantee**: While we strive to deliver high-intent leads, we cannot guarantee that leads will convert into customers, as this depends on your sales process, pricing, and follow-up.
- **External Factors**: Lead volume and quality may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as seasonality, competition, or changes in advertising platform algorithms.
8. Billing & Payment
- **Pricing**: Services are billed per the terms in your contract.
- **Payment Terms**: Invoices are due within [X] days of receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in paused campaigns until the account is current.
- **Refunds**: Refunds are not provided for delivered leads unless they fail to meet the quality standards outlined in Section 4, and replacement is not feasible.
9. Termination
- **By Client**: You may terminate services with 1 days’ written notice. Fees for work completed or leads delivered prior to termination are non-refundable.
- **By Agency**: We reserve the right to terminate services if payment is not received within 3 days of the due date or if client actions (e.g., failure to provide input) prevent fulfillment.
